A graduate of Missouri State University with a B.S. in Geography and Sustainability and a Graduate Certificate in Sustainability, Erin was recognized as a 2024 Sustainability Fellow. Kyle Cook has a strong background in heavy construction, utility infrastructure, and land development. He spent a decade at Terracon Consultants as Department Manager of Construction Materials and Laboratory Manager before moving to Miller Commerce as Director of Operations and Director of Design and Construction, where he oversaw $10M–$30M senior and multi-family projects.
An entrepreneur, Kyle founded Cook Development Concepts to build select single-family homes each year with a hands-on, detail-driven approach. He also serves as Director of Economic Development at the Table Rock Lake Chamber of Commerce, fostering business growth, investment, and community development in Stone County, MO.
With expertise spanning construction management, real estate development, and economic development, Kyle is a versatile leader committed to innovation, quality, and community impact.
