Doug Neidigh
Doug Neidigh serves as Sustainability Unit Manager at Missouri State University’s Ozarks Environmental & Water Resources Institute (OEWRI) and Director of OCFC, bringing 27+ years in environmental and energy management across manufacturing, government, consulting, healthcare, and academia. He provides technical assistance statewide and holds the REM (NREP) and CEA (AEE) credentials.

Natasha Longpine
Natasha Longpine oversees OTO’s multimodal program, including air quality, federal funds management, and performance-based planning and programming. She leads development of the TIP, LRTP, and performance measures and supports the OTO Technical Planning Committee.
With eighteen years at OTO and prior experience as a planner with the Southwest Missouri Council of Governments, Longpine brings deep regional knowledge and continuity to transportation planning efforts in the Ozarks.

Missouri Soybean Associationan
Matt Amick
Matt Amick builds markets and leads education and outreach to advance biodiesel’s commercial success in Missouri. He graduated from Truman State University with a business administration degree in marketing and management.
Raised on a Jefferson City cattle farm, Amick has worked with the U.S. Grains Council and the Missouri Corn Growers Association; he lives in Jefferson City with his wife, Kate, and children Allison, Maier, and William.

Dynamic EVC
John Lorenz
John Lorenz founded L&B Services (Springfield, MO), specializing in underground utility infrastructure—electric, water, natural gas, fiber, and telecom—using directional boring and non-disruptive methods for public agencies and major companies.
He co-founded Dynamic EVC in 2021, which has installed hundreds of L2/L3 charging stations across the Midwest for clients like Tesla, ChargePoint, Shell Recharge, and Volta. A U.S. Navy veteran, Lorenz retired after 21 years in roles spanning maintenance leadership, search-and-rescue, crew operations, and quality assurance.

Barbara Lucks
Barbara Lucks is a Sustainability Excellence Associate (ISSP) and former Sustainability Officer for the City of Springfield who now works in private consulting.
A founding member and current chair of the Ozarks Clean Air Alliance, she also chairs the OCFC Advisory Committee, helping align regional sustainability practice with coalition priorities.

Southwest Missouri Council of Governments
Jason Ray
Jason Ray serves on OCFC’s Board and holds a bachelor’s in Community and Regional Planning. He guides local governments in resource stewardship through planning, project management, and environmental review.
As SMCOG Executive Director—and former Springfield Planning & Zoning Commissioner—Ray advances affordable, clean transportation to support economic, environmental, and energy security throughout the region.

Ozark Greenways
John Montgomery
An Ozarks native, John Montgomery’s path spans local music promotion, logistics leadership, and nonprofit service. His long involvement with Ozark Greenways began as a volunteer in 2000 and included board service as president (2013–2014).
Since 2017, he has served on staff and is now interim executive director, championing the region’s trail network and community access to outdoor recreation.

US Sun Solar
Chris Perkins
Chris Perkins leads commercial sales at Sun Solar, contributing over $10M in solar sales within four years and drawing on 25+ years in sales and management. He previously owned a business, with added experience in marketing and restaurant management.
A resident of Republic, Missouri for 15 years, Perkins is active in the community and family life, and brings a client-focused, relationship-driven approach to accelerating renewable energy adoption.

Four States Clean Air Alliance
Craig Kreman
Craig Kreman is a licensed professional engineer (Oklahoma) with experience across Superfund remedial actions, Brownfields, water and groundwater sampling/analysis, groundwater modeling, air-quality permitting and compliance, environmental assessments, and landfill design.
He currently serves as board president of the Environmental Task Force of Jasper and Newton Counties and lives in Joplin, Missouri with his wife and four children.

Wil=Fischer Distributers
Danny Hicks
Danny Hicks brings 31+ years in the beverage industry, with experience across warehouse, delivery, and sales. He has spent the last eight years as VP of Operations overseeing multiple branches.
Hicks has supported Wil Fischer’s growth through multiple acquisitions across Missouri and Kansas, applying deep operational knowledge to scale a complex, multi-site organization.

Missouri Association of Manufacterers
Michael Eaton
Michael Eaton leads MAM, a 30-year-old 501(c)(6) focused on delivering value and “a culture of connection” for manufacturers statewide, and administers its 501(c)(9) health-plan offering. He has toured 230+ facilities in the last 40 months and founded the Midwest Manufacturers Trade Show & Conference.
Eaton’s background spans healthcare and manufacturing marketing, product development, and launches (e.g., Allegra®, Copaxone®). A lifelong Missourian from Kansas City and graduate of William Jewell College, he works closely with community leaders and policymakers on manufacturing needs.

Eastern Missouri Alliance for Clean Transportation
Erin O'Brien
Erin O’Brien is a Program Manager for the Eastern Missouri Alliance for Clean Transportation, where she has helped secure over $9 million in funding for Clean School Buses, hosted alternative fuel events, and led the coalition’s expansion by 50 counties. She also serves as a Board Member for the Ozarks Clean Fuels Coalition and Secretary of The Clean Transportation Network.
A graduate of Missouri State University with a B.S. in Geography and Sustainability and a Graduate Certificate in Sustainability, Erin was recognized as a 2024 Sustainability Fellow. Her academic work includes conducting a sustainability gap analysis for a local manufacturer as a Graduate Assistant. An alumna of Alpha Sigma Alpha, she continues her commitment to sustainability through service and leadership. Outside of work, she enjoys sewing, mural painting, and other creative pursuits.
